Andy began his career in the construction industry 34 years ago as an apprentice at Brazier and Sons, a company established in England in 1776. After completing the City and Guilds of London apprenticeship, he followed a course that included all aspects of building from fine carpentry and cabinet making to historic renovations of homes in the United Kingdom. Upon moving to California in 1984, he furthered his skills and trained extensively in project management, ultimately managing large commercial projects in the Financial District of San Francisco.

In 1998 Andy founded Earthtone Construction, Inc. and has established a reputation in the Sonoma County community as an excellent manager and craftsman. His clients appreciate his care in understanding their concerns and guiding every project to best meet their needs. His expertise in construction management is well regarded and he has been called upon to consult on complex projects. Clients have included local schools and non-profit charities as well as businesses and community organizations.

Andy is a certified Green Builder and is LEED accredited in Building Design and Construction. Zac owned a successful construction company in the UK before becoming a licensed contractor in California 13 years ago, where he has built an impressive portfolio of remodel, renovation and new building projects. His drive to be involved in and to build for community and nonprofit organizations as well as his creative instinct has enabled him to undertake many unique, beautiful and complex projects including churches, performance halls, schools and co-housing.
